My name is Inés. I am from Spain and I have been living in the US for +12 years. I came to study my master's in bioengineering and I've been working as a scientist for a biotech company for +8 years.

As driven young professionals, my friends and I (like many other women) have postponed having a family to focus on our careers and we faced significant challenges in preserving our fertility here in the US. We contacted clinics in the US and compared them to those back home in Spain. It quickly became clear how much we would be overpaying. Most of us could not afford it, and, if we ever needed to use those eggs in the future, we wanted to have the best shot. We weren't just interested in freezing them and moving on. No. We wanted to ensure we would put all the eggs in the BEST basket. We looked at "who has the best capability to do something with our eggs in 10 years from now", "who has the most practice and experience", "who is investing in research to keep innovating and won't fall behind", "who has the most protective legal framework so our eggs are in a progressive country that protects women",... and the answer was Spain, Spain, Spain, and Spain.

We did all the research and we have all the contacts. Please, let us know how we can help you too. We want you to access the best technology at the best price because going through this is tough enough, but owning your fertility should not be!
